Our Business Model — Explained Honestly

We believe in being completely transparent about how we make money, so there's no ambiguity whatsoever.

When you submit a PCP claim enquiry through Cash Me Up, we pass your details to one of our regulated claims management partners. If you proceed with a claim and it's successful, the claims management company earns a success fee (a percentage of your compensation, agreed with you upfront). Cash Me Up receives a referral commission from that claims company.

To be absolutely clear: the referral commission we receive comes entirely from our partner, not from you. Your compensation is not reduced by our referral commission. You receive the full agreed amount, minus only the claims company's success fee (which you agree to before proceeding).

As we expand into grants, cashback, and discounted shopping, we'll earn in similar ways — from partnerships with providers, not from consumers. The consumer always gets the full benefit.

How does Cash Me Up make money if it's free for consumers?

We operate a referral model. When we pass your details to a regulated claims management company and you proceed with a claim, we receive a referral commission from that partner. This comes entirely from the claims company — not from you. You pay nothing, ever. This model allows us to offer a genuinely free service to consumers while building a sustainable business.

Are Cash Me Up's partners properly regulated?
